What is BlackArch Linux?

BlackArch Linux is an Arch Linux-based penetration testing distribution for penetration testers and security researchers. The repository contains 1707 tools. You can install tools individually or in groups. BlackArch Linux is compatible with existing Arch installs. The BlackArch Live ISO contains multiple window managers. It comes with several lightweight window managers, including Fluxbox, Openbox, Awesome and spectrwm. It ships with over a thousand specialist tools for penetration testing and forensic analysis. It may be used as a standalone live CD or live USB, run from a virtual machine, or be installed to a computer's hard disk.
