Hello readers. Today I felt that its about time to post a simple step by step tutorial for blogger beginners. In today's post, I will tell you how you can create sample pages for trying out HTMLs or other programming codes before you use them for the real post so you won't have to wreck your posts consistency and beauty. If you apply a new template and want to test out many different fonts, styles, headings, block-quotes, etc. without having to take the risk of ruining pre-existing posts or creating new posts and fooling you RSS feed followers. To create a static page for your trial, error and success, you just have to follow a few steps.
Steps for Creating a Static Page
1. Log into your blogger account and from your dashboard, go to the Pages section.
2.In the Pages section, click the New Page button.
3. Give your page a heading and set the readers comments option to Don't allow
4. Do all the testing, writing and whatever you want. Then click Save and Preview
Note - Do not click Publish, or else if you have a pages widget or if anyone can get access, they will be able to see what you do on your blog, and it is also possible that someone will steal your idea before you will even use it in a post.
I hope this page helped you enough to actually improve the quality of your blog. Remember to always use this before actually implementing anything other than photos and text in a post. Try it out with customizing IFrames, video embedding designs, and much more.
